Meet Louise
FOUNDER AND CEO
As Founder and CEO, I launched Louise Perry Weddings in 2012, and ever since we’ve been building our reputation as award winning luxury wedding planners in the UK and around the world.
We always put our couples first, creating unique, bespoke celebrations and redefining the planning process.
But this hasn’t always been my life. In fact, I took an interesting route to becoming a wedding planner. I have been a professional singer all of my life, specifically in musical theatre, which saw me working in London’s West End for many years. And I still go to dancing lessons every week.
From there I went on to become a very successful radio and TV presenter, working for London Tonight, BBC News 24, GMTV and BBC Radio 5 live, where I was the voice of their travel news for ten years – Louise Perry, 5 Live travel. And through singing and supplying live music to weddings, I decided I would train to become a wedding planner in London.
Away from business I am a gym bunny – working out keeps me sane. I love watching football, walking on the beach near where I live and I own far too many handbags. I have two amazing daughters who make me proud every day and they are by far my greatest achievements.
MEET NATALIE
SENIOR PLANNER
I joined the Louise Perry Weddings team in 2015 as an intern and I’ve stayed ever since. Louise and I have grown a great friendship and working relationship through the years and we always make each other laugh when collaborating with couples.
I studied Art and Design and worked in Interior Design and Project Management, so the drive to be creative and organised has always been with me, plus I’m good at thinking on my feet and meticulous with a spreadsheet. Combining all of those skills together is when everything fell into place for me, they’re the perfect blend for bespoke wedding planning!
Away from work I live with my husband and my daughter, becoming a mum has definitely upped my skillset in multitasking.
MEET AMANDA
PLANNER
My friends say I am the Queen of organisation so a career in Wedding Planning was a natural choice for me.
Having worked in the Wedding and Events industry for several years, I joined the Louise Perry Team in 2021 following my maternity leave and I’ve never looked back. I truly believe that when you choose a job you love, you will never have to work a day in your life, and if you enjoy spreadsheets, it’s an added bonus!
My fiancé and I live in an old converted pub with our independent and sassy toddler (like mother like daughter) who both make me laugh out loud every day.
MEET AMY
PLANNER
I love people, celebrations and making memories and joining the Louise Perry Weddings team allows me to fuse all these elements in my role every day. It’s very rare that you won’t see a smile on my face, laughing or sharing some dulcet tones as I work. We now call it the ‘sparkle and shine’ here at LPW.
I started my career as a professional vocalist, travelling internationally and all over the UK, it’s within this chapter I met Louise 11 years ago, we began to work together, became great friends and as they say, the rest is history. During this time, I created and managed successful and vibrant events and throughout this time I honed my meticulous organisational and people skills which stands me in great stead when it comes to the planning of an intricate wedding.
My homelife is full of simple pleasures with my boys, especially a walk in the park with my furry little favourite, Milo.
