Wedding Flowers

10 Feb Wedding Flowers

I have been working a lot over the last couple of weeks with my clients and their flowers. Wedding Flowers are integral to the overall design and feel of the wedding, they essentially are part of the styling and shouldn’t be considered as a stand alone thing.

Right on trend this year is white and green. Simple elegant florals with lots of fragrance and tons of foilage. Last year it was probably the year of blush tones and they are still pretty strong this year, but overall green and white is in.

I love it when we start to work on the flowers together. As a wedidng planner, I start by building a mood board for my clients on Pintrest, which lets face it, brides to be and planners everywhere absolutely love. This then starts to give us an overall visual of the wedding. We might add cakes and invites to this board and a whole host of wedding related style ideas, so we can get an overall picture of how the wedding will look.

Here are a few images of some of my clients flowers, incorporating green and whites.
