Wedding Planning 2020! I have no idea where the last year has gone, in fact where the last decade has gone! We started luxury wedding planners, Louise Perry Weddings back in 2012 and over the last eight years we have planned over 60 weddings right across the world.

We are not only UK wedding planners but also destination wedding planners. The end of 2019 saw the launch of our brand-new website and branding, which we absolutely love.

Wedding planning 2020. The wedding planning industry changes and grows all the time and as wedding planners we have to move with it.

Over the years we have built up an enviable reputation for our no-nonsense approach to planning beautiful weddings. I often get asked what kind of weddings do you plan and my answer is always, we plan lovely weddings for lovely people. I can’t explain it any better than that. For us weddings are all about people. Yes, we want them to look beautiful, but it is the people that make a wedding you won’t forget.

If you have recently got engaged, then huge congratulations. My only advice before you dive straight in and start planning your wedding, is to take a moment to just enjoy being engaged, take a breath and then sit down together and chat about your priorities for your wedding. Discuss what is really important to you both.

Then be realistic about the budget and have that in place before you do anything. That way you are more likely to not overspend on what can be a very expensive day.
