Lauren and Joe, a London Wedding

Lauren and Joe, a London Wedding. It’s so lovely when clients take the time to text or email the day after their wedding to say thank you. This wedding in the cold of February was stylish to say the least, the bride was a stylist and boy did she look amazing. The groom wasn’t too shabby either. A huge thank you for David Jenkins for the photos.

“I don’t even know where to begin with thanking you! WOW! What a day!!! Thank you so very much for being so excellent at what you do xxx

Winter weddings can be challenging because you have less light during the day and obviously less warmth. Always take into account both of these things when planning your London winter wedding. Think about the time of the ceremony, earlier in the day is better to maximise the light, especially for your photographs. Also give some thought to the guest experience, your guests need to be warm, think blankets, heaters, fires, especially if you are in a marquee or cooler venue.

For Lauren and Joe’s London wedding, we had heating brought in to the ceremony venue, as it was super cold. We had hot toddies at the drinks reception and outdoor heating for any guests that wanted to venture outside.
