Meet Louise
Founder & CEO
Louise launched Louise Perry Weddings back in 2012. Wedding planning hasn’t always been my life. My background is music, having trained as a singer and dancer, I've spent my early life treading the boards in the West End and across Europe.
From there I went onto a successful broadcasting career, presenting on both television and radio. I ended up at the BBC working for BBC Five Live, where I was the voice of their travel news for 10 years – Louise Perry, 5 Live travel.
It was through singing at weddings that I discovered my love for the wedding industry, and so the business was born. Music plays a huge part in every wedding I plan, and I place a strong emphasis on ensuring that every celebration has the perfect soundtrack.
When I'm not immersed in wedding planning, I am a football fanatic and life long Liverpool supporter #YNWA, I have far too many handbags, I love walking my rescue dog, Honey on the beach near where I live and I have two amazing daughters that make me proud every day.

Senior Planner
I joined the Louise Perry Weddings team in 2015 as an intern and I’ve stayed ever since.
Louise and I have developed a great friendship and working relationship through the years. We always make each other laugh while collaborating with couples and ensuring their vision comes to life.
I studied Art and Design and worked in Interior Design and Project Management, so the drive to be creative and organised has always been with me. I’m good at thinking on my feet and meticulous with a spreadsheet. Combining all of those skills together is when everything fell into place for me, as they’re the perfect blend for bespoke wedding planning!
Away from work I live with my husband and two tiny people, becoming a mum has definitely upped my skill set in multitasking.

My friends always say I am the Queen of organisation, so Wedding Planning was a natural choice for me.
Having worked in the Wedding and Events industry for several years, I joined the Louise Perry Team in 2021 following my maternity leave and I’ve never looked back. I truly believe that when you choose a job you love, you will never have to work a day in your life, and if you enjoy spreadsheets, it’s an added bonus!
My fiancé and I live in an old converted pub with our independent and sassy toddler (like mother like daughter) and our newborn, Layla who all make me laugh out loud every day.

I love people, celebrations and making memories, which is why joining Louise Perry Weddings team has been such a perfect fit for me.
It’s very rare that you won’t see a smile on my face, laughing or sharing some dulcet tones as I work. We now call it the ‘sparkle and shine’ here at LPW.
I started my career as a professional vocalist, travelling internationally and all over the UK. It's during this time that I met Louise 11 years ago, we began to work together, became great friends and as they say, the rest is history. During this time, I created and managed successful and vibrant events, and throughout this time I honed my meticulous organisational and people skills which stands me in great stead when it comes to the planning of an intricate wedding.
My home life is full of simple pleasures with my boys, especially a walk in the park with my furry little favourite, Milo.
