An Intimate Castle Wedding

An intimate castle wedding finally happened. Weddings have been few over the last 16 months for London wedding planners, Louise Perry Weddings. We have be able to deliver one of our wonderful couples weddings at the fabulous Farnham Castle. This was a wedding that should have been last year for 130 guests, that got postponed along with so many others to this year and then had to be scaled down to 30 guests inline with government guidelines. I honestly wan’t sure we would even get here, but Sarah and Lawrence were keen to go ahead and get married. Like many couples, they didn’t want to put their life on hold anymore.

Sadly they had many guests that were travelling into Surrey from right across the world and of course this wasn’t possible. Never the less we created a beautiful, intimate wedding with a few lovely things to make it that extra bit special.

This intimate castle wedding was full of emotion and surprises for the guests. We created the most beautiful dining space for the dinner along with the wonderful Eden Blooms. It made the great hall feel cosier and the perfect spot for a small wedding in Surrey.

We had a personalised donut wall created for the couple by Created by Caroline. A bespoke playlist and plenty of boybands on it from Mighty Fine Entertainments. The bride and her party were made to look amazing by the wonderful, Caroline Ort and the photos here from the London wedding photographer, Laura Babb with whom the team have worked with before.

There were surprise video’s from the family in California which brought a tear to everyone’s eye and the first dance, a song very special to the couple.
