Kew Gardens Autumn Wedding
The gardens are gorgeous at at time of the year but Autumn really gives you the most amazing colours, captured so beautfully here by Guy Collier.
Ellen and Michael were recommended to me by both Kew Gardens and also one of our previous clients, Moubin and Roisin, their wedding was also photographed by Guy. At Louise Perry Weddings, we love planning weddings at Kew Gardens because as a dry hire venue it gives you the flexibility to create something different everytime.
Wedding Ceremony at Kew Gardens
The ceremony was a blessing conducted by Ellen’s brother, Michael and was funny and touching in equal measures. Music was provided by our favourite string quartet, Niche London. Following a drinks reception in the Princess of wales conservatory, guests made their way to The Orangery for dinner and dancing.
Orangery at Kew Gardens
We wanted to bring the warmth and romance into the Orangery for dinner. Using a nude colour palette with absolutely tons of candlelight and some festoon lights we were able to create an intimate and cosy atmosphere for 170 guests. Gorgeous florals from Mary Jane Vaughan and amazing lighting from Oxygen events.
Another really important part of the reception was a great party and this was provided by the wonderful Supatight. The band played the guests into dinner and onto the dance floor before they took their seats for dinner provided by Caper and Berry.
